WYNCITY Morwell has a different range of leagues from singles, doubles and teams for all ages and abilities.
We have very own registered coaches who are great with adults and juniors and look after bowlers from the very first timers, all the way up to state representatives and everything in-between. We supply coaching equipment and through a weekly raffle for the juniors we look at adding to what we already have to further help and develop all our bowlers young and old.
At WYNCITY Morwell for the juniors we have also been successfully running 10 for 10 programs where we invite the children to participate for 10 weeks while learning the basics about bowling and developing their game.
They also receive something special to keep at the end. So, keep your eyes out for when the next program begins.
League Bowling is a friendly social competition between groups on a weekly basis. It is normally played at the same time and day each week. It is a great way to meet new friends.
Bowlers are awarded an “average” after the first 3 games they bowl. After this we calculate a handicap for you. This ensures that bowlers are playing at a level ground- much like golf.
We also have coaches on staff who are happy to provide some tips.
We can find a team for you, or you can join with a group of friends. Teams can be singles 2, 3 or 4 people.
Our Bowlers get special League Practice Rates 1 game: $5.40
Yes. Instead of paying open play rates you will receive a weekly discount of up to 50%. You will also receive League Practice Rates when you visit socially.
These discounts may extend to other independent bowling centers around Australia!
